ABOUT OUR CLUB

The club’s founders are business veterans with a passion for soccer, and staff are primarily interns and passionate volunteers with a love of the beautiful game. Coaches have experience at the collegiate level as well as leading committed youth players toward college and beyond.

The club is affiliating with a variety of local youth and adult soccer clubs to further the game in the region and provide high-level players the opportunity to get noticed on a national platform by professional team scouts. And, in its effort to enhance the regional soccer landscape, Real Central NJ Soccer responded to players' needs during the pandemic to help local college athletes remain fit, even as their fall soccer seasons were canceled. The club quickly held tryouts and fielded an under-23 team playing in a regional league. This was the first team fielded in a competitive match by the club.

Real Central NJ Soccer does not host full-time youth teams, but provides ancillary services such as free clinics in underserved communities and will field regional select teams in the boys and girls USL Academy Cup program. The USL Academy Cup has become one of the premier showcase events attended by college and professional scouts. All USL franchises are eligible to field teams at the event and allow players missed by other academies to get noticed.
