2026-2027 MENS TRYOUTS ANNOUNCED FOR FULL YEAR TEAMS

Real Central NJ Soccer is now accepting registrations for our 2026–2027 Men's Full-Year Competitive Program. Designed for ambitious adult players who want consistent, high-level training and meaningful competition throughout the year, the program provides nearly nine months of development, league play, and cup competitions. 


When: 8:00pm on Tuesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 13 (arrive by 7:30pm for check in, bring all soccer gear and water needed, bibs will be provided.)


Where: Mercer County Community College Turf Field


Tryout Fee: $10 (non-refundable)



Eligibility: 18+ high level soccer players wishing to play in a competitive environment and commit to a full year team


Full Year Dues: $650 (paid in installments of $400 upon rostering, and $250 by Nov 1. not refundable)


The RCNJ Men's full year program offers competitive training sessions and matches for the September through May/June seasonal year.


The teams play in the American Premier Soccer League and CASA Select, allowing players at different levels of abilities and fitness to participate. The APSL team also competes for qualification to the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and participates in additional national and state cup competitions.


Over the course of the season, players can expect approximately 50 training sessions and 20 or more league, cup, and friendly matches, providing a consistent competitive environment from September through May or June.


Training primarily at Mercer County Community College (MCCC), Tuesday and Thursday nights.


Training sessions emphasize technical quality, tactical understanding, and match realism while giving players an opportunity to compete in meaningful matches throughout the year. The program also provides a pathway into higher-level competition within Real Central NJ Soccer.


Matches usually, but not always, are on Sundays. Times vary. CASA can expect early morning matches. Home matches will be at Mercer County Community College. APSL home kickoff is usually Sunday, 7pm or 8pm..


Playing time is earned. Because of league substitution rules and the competitive nature of the APSL, players should not expect guaranteed minutes. Selection is based on performance, fitness, tactical needs, and commitment throughout the season.


Players will be notified of their selection by August 15th. Training begin August 18.
