SAFESOCCER

In order to create the safest sporting environment possible, Real Central NJ Soccer takes steps to ensure our staff and players understand their responsibilities to the mental and physical safety of the entire RCNJ community. As such, the club has a policy that all paid and volunteer staff, interns, and players take the US Soccer Safesport course. This policy is not meant to imply we expect anyone in our community to show inappropriate behavior toward anyone, but we want to endeavor to make clear that we will not tolerate such harmful actions or speech. Further, our efforts to enhance the local youth development landscape will mean players over 18-years-old may be playing with some talented youth players. Federal law requires all those 18 and over who have regular interactions with youth players to be Safesport certified.
